Research

We research the requirements and characteristics of your customers in order to understand their capabilities and needs. We also perform task analyses to better understand the current tools and methods they use to accomplish their goals.

Design

We can work closely with your team to design innovative new products or improve an existing product's user interface. User feedback plays a critical role in this process.

Prototype

User interface prototypes are essential when exploring design concepts and conducting usability tests. We develop both low-fidelity and high-fidelity prototypes (design sketches, storyboards, Web-based prototypes, handheld applications, and desktop applications)

Evaluate

We provide quick expert evaluations and in-depth usability studies for web sites and application software. Our observations and data are used to identify usability problems and make design recommendations.
